If you’re facing an unexpected pregnancy, you’re probably struggling with a lot of emotions. Our understanding nurses are here to discuss your options with you as you make an informed decision about your future. We offer free pregnancy testing, ultrasound, material resources, and educational programs. You are not alone—we’re here for you.
You will receive your pregnancy test results during your appointment. A nurse will discuss your test results with you. If an ultrasound is offered, we will schedule a follow-up appointment for you at the end of your initial appointment.
You will need to bring a photo ID to your initial appointment. If you are coming in for a pregnancy test, you should not use the restroom within an hour of your visit to ensure the most accurate test results.
We offer pregnancy testing and ultrasound appointments at no charge. For STI/STD testing and well woman exams there is a small fee to cover lab costs. Please bring any relevant Medicaid information with you to these appointments.
We do take walk-ins and offer same-day appointments as available.
An unexpected pregnancy can be overwhelming for the man involved. We get that. Our fatherhood program is designed to connect men with other men who can coach them through this journey. You’ll find You Medical to be a great place to get informed, talk things through, and have fun in the process.
Although You Medical is not an adoption agency, we can provide clients with resources and information.
We do not provide, nor refer, for birth control. However, if you are seeking information about birth control, one of our medical professionals would be happy to talk with you about it. An appointment can be made for you upon request.
You Medical is committed to providing you with everything you need to make an informed choice. We believe women and men have a right to get accurate information from a resource that will not profit from choices they make. All our pregnancy services are free and confidential. We do not provide or refer for abortions. We do not profit from any of your sexual health or pregnancy decisions.
STDs/STIs are contracted through sexual activity or genital contact with a person who is already infected. Many STDs/STIs do not cause any obvious symptoms and can be spread without either the carrier or recipient knowing. Without treatment STDs/STIs can possibly develop serious complications. The Department of Health recommends that anyone under the age of 25 who is sexually active should get tested for STDs/STIs annually.
If believe you have been exposed to an STD, it is important to get tested. Our clinic offers low cost, confidential testing and treatment. If you have questions or would like more information, schedule an appointment with one of our medical professionals today.

- Know that you have value as an individual. Set goals for yourself and who you want to become. Remind yourself of these goals when a situation arises when you need to say no.
- Ask a friend of family member to keep you accountable.
- Pre-set Boundaries. Be proactive and not reactive. Pre-think situations and how you will respond so that you are not caught off guard and simply reacting to emotions in the moment.
- In the case of a situation where you are being pressured – run the other way.
