THINK YOU’RE
PREGNANT?
You may experience pregnancy signs within a week of conception.
While pregnancy symptoms differ, the most common early signs and symptoms of pregnancy include:
- Missed period
- Unusual or abnormal period
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Change in breasts
- Increased urination
- Fatigue
To determine a positive pregnancy result, it’s important to get an hCG urine pregnancy test. Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a hormone that is secreted when you are pregnant. Our pregnancy tests measure the levels of hCG in your urine.
You Medical clinics in both Kennewick and Pasco can provide lab-quality testing by qualified healthcare professionals at no cost to you.

While hCG urine tests are highly accurate, they aren’t perfect. A limited OB ultrasound exam may be offered to:
- Verify a viable pregnancy
- Identify that it is safely located in the uterus
- More accurately assess how far along the pregnancy is by measurements
You Medical clinics can offer a limited OB ultrasound to give you the important medical information you need to make a decision about how to move forward.
At You Medical clinics, there are nurses who can provide a consultation regarding your pregnancy healthcare concerns.
